    Got told one thing one day then next day something else. Complete waste of time.

    I must say - I have visited this store as a customer a few times. Each time I have found it an unpleasant environment. There is one sales assistant (for want of a better word) who really creates an unfriendly atmosphere. Assist not!! A customer seems like an interruption to her and is treated accordingly. I find her aggressive and over-stressed which rubs off on customers. We don't need this kind of non-service and angst in such a lovely atmosphere which jewellery shops usually provide.
